Our Gluten-free section is always growing too. Gluten is a protien found in wheat, barley, rye, spelt, bulgur, kamut, and some others, but those are the biggest grains to avoid. However, we have plenty of substitutes to go with. We have a very nice selection of gluten-free breads, pastas, mixes, cereals, cookies, chips, and food bars. Just come on it and see for yourselves.
