I am a licensed Massage Therapist who is nationally certified and has over 8 years of experience doing massage and bodywork. I am a graduate of both the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics, and EquiMyo, a leading equine massage program in Granby CT.
Sessions are individually tailored to the client with concious compassionate care and are by appointment only. Modalities used may include the following:
SWEDISH MASSAGE, DEEP TISSUE SPORTS MASSAGE, PREGNANCY MASSAGE, FOOT REFLEXOLOGY, HOT STONE MASSAGE, ENERGY WORK, and CRANIALSACRAL THERAPY.

I began developing bodywork skills in 1978 and have since studied and
developed techniques to support the healing process. I use a combination
of massage, craniosacral therapy, hands-on energy therapies, and
neurolinguistic programming. My goal is to support my clients out of a
state of chronic pain. Specializing in rehabilitative massage with an
emphasis on neuromuscular function, I outline a plan in partnership with
the client to reset patterns within body, mind and spirit of limitation
and pain into patterns of growth and potential.
Services offered include: therapeutic massage, neuromuscular therapy,
CranioSacral Therapy, myofascial release, pregnancy and infant massage,
hot stone therapy, and crystal therapy.
I am a nationally certified, licensed massage therapist, have completed
CranioSacral Therapy I through the Upledger Institute, completed my
neurolinquisitic programming (NLP) practitioner training, have achieved
second degree Reiki, and am an herbalist. In 1987, I began researching and
developing the use of crystals in energy therapies and teach classes
regarding work with stones in healing. I am also available for lectures.
